Return & Refund Policy
Textbooks, packages, & access codes RETURN POLICY: WINTERMESTER - 12/18/24 @ 5PM SPRING 2025 - 1/17/25 @ 5PM RENTAL RETURNS ARE DUE ON THE LAST DAY OF CLASS FOR EACH TERM. NO RETURNS will be allowed after these dates, for FULL CREDIT. New books must remain in NEW CONDITION. If a book was sold in shrink wrap it must remain in shrink wrap, even if the book was sold in error, in order to get a full refund. Books must also be free of markings, soil, or scratches. Books that were not in stock and prepaid for by customers will only be credited for a full refund if the bookstore is contacted by the customer to cancel the order and refund the transaction on or before the above dates. Customers are responsible for providing their most up to date contact information even if information changes mid-semester. This is included, but not limited to an email, a phone number, and an address. A completed transaction authorizes email, text, and phone call reminders for prepaid books, rental returns, deferred payments, and promotional offers from Voertman's/Campus Bookstore.

Merchandise and gifts These items may be refunded within 10 days or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be in original/unopened packaging with the tags still attached. |
Computer These items must be UNOPENED,UNUSED and returned within 10 days of the original purchase date for a refund. All opened computers and software are non-returnable. |
eBooks These items must be returned within the same window as Textbooks. Cengage Unlimited and other Access Codes are NON-REFUNDABLE once the access code has been redeemed. |
Shipping Any shipping charges are non-refundable. |
